Power development technology company introduced a consumer complaint management system where you put your electricity complaint online or use an electricity emergency number against load-shedding and meter defects. Ministry of Energy gives different ways to raise your voice if you face any electricity problem. You can record your complaints through the following channels:

  • Wapda online complaint
  • Electricity helpline number Call on 118
  • Sends a message on 8118
  • By sending an email to the given address: [email protected]

Response Time by using the Electricity Complaint Number

Within 24 hours, they will give an initial response after registration of the application, and then they will investigate your issue. After that, they will resolve your issue within 14 days of registration of the complaint. If it may take more time, then they will inform you of an extra procedure. If you can’t receive your electricity bill, you can also check fesco bills online

    i understand there is texas and more etc but the how consume 178 units while off please reply i am not in pakistan please sir.

There has been no electricity for 3 days in unit 9 mir shehzad town latifabad Hyderabad can you please come and solve the problem its a request we also have work to do and get sleep as well please fix the issue of transformer.     sorry 🙏 to say I call today 10 30 am then I call 8 14 pm about low High Voltage issue in my area but nobody call me what can we do where we are go every body also abuse the wapda about tariff increase I think this help line is not working well big reason nobody ask what happened with you it’s failure of High command we have last one option we are going to our honorable court against legal action we are very disappointed to this behaviour I have no word
